Shipping Policy

Many of our products are made to order so please allow 2 to 7 business days for your order to be processed and then shipped. It then takes generally 2 to 5 business days to reach your location depending on your location, weather, etc. So... on average for most orders, you can plan on 5 to 10 business days to get your item from the time you placed the order. Customized or personalized items are subject to longer shipping dates. Expect longer shipping times during holiday seasons.

The above shipping times cover a majority (90%+) of our products... however, the metal signs and some of the other products by the vendor we list as "MEM" can take up to around 3 weeks for it to arrive since you're working with hard metals and other such materials.

Once shipped, you will receive an email confirmation containing a tracking number for your package. If your address or something on your order is incorrect and you realize this after purchasing, please send us a message via our contact page to let us know by 11am EST as orders from the previous 24 hours goes into production at 1pm EST, and we will change the address for you. You will still need to manually update your shop settings and address for future purchases. Please make sure that the address that the order that you made is telling us to ship to... is accurate in your shipping profile on your account.

We currently generally ship within the U.S. as a default. If you are in a different country, send us a message through our contact page and give us the details.

We generally use the United States Postal Service as our main shipper.

If your tracking number states that your item was delivered, but you don't have it in hand, you will need to contact your postal/delivery company (ie. USPS,. UPS, Fedex, etc.). We are not responsible for stolen, misplaced, delayed or lost items.
