FAQ

1. Do you ship to outside of the United States?

We primarily focus on orders being sent to the USA however, we do have the capability to ship to Europe, Canada and Australia. If you are interested in a product and are outside of the USA... email us and we can look into it for you.

2. Can and do we do custom orders?

Yes, we can do custom designs and offer more products than you see on this website. If you like a design but want it on a different product or if you want a custom design or whatever it is... email us and lets see what we can do to help you out.

3. Where are your products from?

Most of the orders will come from the USA... some of the garments and products may have been sourced overseas but assembled here. It just depends on which product you are looking at. The store itself, the staff and such are all in the United States (Florida)... and the owner of this company is a US military veteran. In most instances, the products are being shipped from an address based in the United States.

4. Do you offer returns, exchanges, etc.?

Please double-check the color, size, shipping address, etc. before buying the product. And also keep in mind, the little circle color swatches aren't the actual color of the product. For example, in some area of this site... it will show a red circle that is a color option/swatch for you to choose... that red is most likely not the actual "red" that the shirt will come in... it just represents that the shirt will be red.

5. Where are you located?

We are an online store (no showroom for you to walk into) and we are based in the United States (Florida). The owner of this site and business is a US military veteran.

6. Can I get things the next day or really quick?

Generally... we have a 2 to 7 business day processing timeframe and we usually have your items shipped via USPS and will often arrive in 2 to 5 business days (depending on where you are located, weather, events, holidays, etc.). Many of the products are shipped from a 3rd party so we can only "push" them so much... and once the item(s) get released to the United States Postal system... it's up to them how quickly they get it. So, if you need an item in the next 10 business days - understand there is a 50/50 chance if it will get there by then. We are experimenting with some express shipping and such... that will be available for some of our products but that time isn't now. We do offer a tracking number with every order that will get emailed to you upon the shipping process starting for your order.

The above covers a majority (90%+) of our products... however, the metal signs and some of the other products by the vendor we list as "MEM" can take up to around 3 weeks for it to arrive since you're working with hard metals and other such materials.

7. Are your apparel items for males or females?

Most clothing items (unless otherwise stated in the product listing) are unisex in nature – ie. they work for either a man or a woman... and aren't "fitted" items. Most items fit to the right size (true to size)… but when in doubt… get a size higher… as it can always shrink over time… or wear just slightly bigger.

So if you are concerned if a clothing item may be too tight or not fit right... and say for example that you sometimes wear a small... then our advice would be that if you are concerned about the fit... to buy a medium. Only you know how clothes fit on you so think about it before ordering as returns are costly for us.

8. Who owns SidewaysCreations.com?

Sideways Creations is a "brand" and a website URL, it is "owned" by MWG Investments LLC, a Florida company.

9. Do you have social media?

Yes, and our user name on all of it is SidewaysBoldly.
